The v2 token built on OpenZeppelin ERC-20 permanently solves the problem by fully minting the supply in a multi-signature wallet, ensuring no longer minting. The migration locks or destroys v1 tokens while distributing v2 tokens proportionally. SHIB fell 1% against the backdrop of a bland cryptocurrency market.
