According to the Polygon status page, the Polygon network is experiencing temporary issues of consensus final confirmation delay. Some nodes have problems affecting the final confirmation of the block, resulting in delays in final confirmation. However, the blockchain is still operating normally, blocks continue to arise, and the checkpoints finally confirm that they work properly within the expected 15 minutes.
The team said the fix has been identified and is being launched to all validators and service providers. Previously, Bor/Erigon encountered a temporary interrupt, resulting in a final confirmation delay. Although the Polygon chain remains running, users may encounter interrupts when accessing various applications due to RPC issues.
The team is currently actively working with RPC providers to accelerate problem solving. Restarting the node has solved the problem for many validators and RPC providers, with a few providers needing to roll back to the last confirmed block and resynchronize.
