Paxos releases USDH Proposal V2 and establishes partnership with PayPal

On September 10, according to the official announcement, stablecoin issuer Paxos released USDHProposalV2, announcing the establishment of a partnership with PayPal, and plans to promote Hyperliquid to expand global markets. The proposal mainly includes three aspects: PayPal cooperation content: it plans to include HYPE tokens into the PayPal/Venmo platform, provide USDH deposit and exit channels, invest US$20 million in ecological incentive funds, and integrate the PayPal payment system. Reward structure adjustment: Design a new incentive mechanism, Paxos will participate in the revenue distribution after TVL reaches a specific milestone, with a maximum proportion of 5%, and all fees are charged in the form of HYPE tokens. Global Market Strategy: Paxos said it has the qualification to issue stablecoins in compliance with the compliance of multiple regions and plans to promote global application of USDH through compliance. The proposal shows that as the USDH scale grows, the revenue distribution will be adjusted according to different TVL stages and will be subject to governance votes through Hyperliquid validators.
