Grayscale encryption ETF filing for Litecoin, Hedera, BCH

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is reviewing applications for Bitcoin Cash, Hedera and Litecoin cryptocurrency ETF filed by Grayscale on September 9, 2025. These applications contain forms S-3 and S-1, providing investors with detailed prospectuses. Approval will regulate transactions of these altcoins, thereby increasing liquidity and coordinating prices, although the SEC has postponed its decision on similar proposals. Grayscale’s strategy continues its previous legal success with Bitcoin ETFs.
