Fintech Farmway reaches $100 million deal to tokenize Georgia's almond garden

According to Bijie.com, Farmway Technology Corporation of the United States reached a US$100 million agreement with Georgia to tokenize 500 hectares of almond gardens and invest in agricultural infrastructure. The country's almond production is expected to increase from 2,500 tons in 2023 to 14,000 tons in 2027, ranking among the top 20 in the world. Farmway adopts ERC-20 and ERC-1155 standard tokenized orchards and processing facilities, each token represents part of the equity of the asset. This move aims to improve agricultural investment efficiency and liquidity and replace the traditional slow climate finance model.
