Bitcoin Core releases v29.1 update to lower minimum rate threshold

Source: Binance
According to Wu Said, Bitcoin Core recently released a small version update v29.1, with major changes including a significant reduction in the minimum rate threshold for forwarding/packaging, which helps to improve block space utilization when the network is not congested. The "Login writing disk speed limit" function has been added to prevent logs from skyrocketing in abnormal or malicious scenarios from occupying full disks, improving node stability and operational and maintenance. In addition, the update tightens "extremely high sigops" transactions in the forwarding strategy, preparing for subsequent BIP54 consensus cleaning, reducing potential DoS risks, and normal transactions are basically unaffected.
