Nakamoto Holdings, a subsidiary of KindlyMD, will invest up to $30 million in Japan's Metaplanet Inc. to support its Bitcoin acquisition strategy. This investment is Nakamoto's largest single investment and its first investment in an Asian Bitcoin Asset Management Company. The funds will arrive before September 16, 2025, mainly used to purchase Bitcoin, thereby increasing the net asset value of Metaplanet. The move is in line with KindlyMD's post-merger strategy to combine healthcare innovation with Bitcoin investment through a regulated public equity structure.
