Grayscale submits Hedera ETF, Litecoin ETF, and Bitcoin Cash Trust registration files to the SEC

According to Wu, Grayscale has filed three registration documents with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), including the S-1 registration statement for the Hedera ETF, and the S-3 registration statement filed by the Litecoin ETF and Grayscale Bitcoin Cash Trust (BCH). The above registration statement has not yet come into effect and the company still needs to submit an amendment or be approved by the SEC in the future.
