Binance’s Over-Share Reserve: Strategic Advantages to Strengthen Investors’ Confidence in Cryptocurrency

Binance has enhanced investor confidence through over-staking reserves and crypto transparency, with its BTC coverage maintaining at 102.96% as of August 2025. Binance uses Merkle trees, zk-SNARK and third-party audits to allow users to independently verify their positions without compromising privacy. Currently 45% of institutional investors require Proof of Reserves (PoS), which Binance’s approach distinguishes it from competitors such as Coinbase and Kraken, which provide less detailed reserve disclosure information.
