With the rise of mainstream media, crypto-native media in Latin America begins to decline

In the second quarter of 2025, crypto-native media traffic in Latin America plummeted 54% month-on-month to 8.19 million visits, and despite rising adoption of digital assets, it still hit the biggest drop on record. Only 28% of crypto-native media visits grew, while mainstream media access increased by 20 million times. Brazil accounts for 61.78% of encrypted native media traffic, but the participation indicators of various media vary greatly.
