Hong Kong listed company Feiyang International Holdings (Group) issued an announcement stating that its wholly-owned subsidiary Feiyang Traveler Travel Co., Ltd. signed a "Memorandum of Cooperation" with Conflux Hong Kong Management Limited on September 9, 2025. The two sides will take advantage of their respective advantages in the fields of cultural and tourism industry resources and blockchain technology to jointly explore cooperation opportunities for digitalization of global cultural and tourism assets, and promote the digital transformation and innovative development of cultural and tourism business.
