Boya Interactive allocates 63.51 million shares to promote the development of Web3 business

According to BlockBeats, Boya Interactive announced a allocation of up to 63.51 million shares at HK$6.95 per share. About 90% of the proceeds will be used to purchase Bitcoin, promoting the development of the group's Web3 field. Boya Interactive plans to continue to invest in third-party Web3 games and related projects, and independently develop Web3 games and infrastructure to consolidate its market position in the online game field. The remaining approximately 10% of the funds will be used for the Group's working capital and general corporate purposes.
