International business digital technology submits application for virtual asset-related operation licenses to obtain preliminary approval from the UAE

Golden Finance reported that International Business Digital Technology (01782.HK) issued an announcement that the company's non-who has established a non-whole-owned subsidiary in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has officially received the Securities and Commodities Author (Securities and Commodities Author) by the UAE federally-level regulator. The letter of no objection issued by the SCA constitutes preliminary approval of the following businesses: that is, the three core businesses of virtual asset brokers, virtual asset custodians, and virtual asset platform operators are included in the scope of IBDTPlatform's corporate commercial license. As of the date of this announcement, IBDTPlatform holds 90% of the shares of the Company and the remaining 10% is held by an independent third party. IBDTPlatform's financial results will be consolidated into the Company's consolidated financial statements.
