Solana treasury company Artelo Biosciences completes $3 million share allocation

Huobi HTX reported that Nasdaq-listed Solana treasury company Artelo Biosciences announced the issuance of 640,924 common shares to the public at a price of US$4.40 per share, raising a total of approximately US$3 million in funds. Artelo Biosciences is a clinical pharmaceutical company that has previously announced the formal launch of Solana's digital asset treasury strategy and invested part of its capital to purchase SOL tokens. It has held 45,883 SOLs so far.
