Pineapple Financial Inc. (NYSE: PAPL) has allocated $100 million to build a digital asset financial strategy focused on Injective (INJ) to become the first publicly traded company to hold the token. The investment is raised through private equity, with participants including FalconX, Monarq, Abraxas, Kraken, Blockchain.com, Canary Capital and Injective Foundation, with a passive return of approximately 12%. Shubha Dasgupta, CEO of Pineapple, stressed that INJ can transform traditional financial processes such as lending and securitization into blockchain platforms, in line with global financial innovation trends.
