CoinShares to be moved to the Nasdaq market in the United States

CoinShares International Limited is merging with Vine Hill Capital Investment Corp and Odysseus Holdings Ltd to move its listing location from the Nasdaq Stockholm Exchange to the U.S. Nasdaq Exchange and raise $50 million by privately placing 5 million shares at $10.04 per share. The move aims to capture the needs of US institutional investors and expand its influence in the digital asset market.
