One Solana Scholarship: A Catalyst for Decentralized Learning and ESG-driven Educational Technology Innovation

The Solana Foundation’s “One Solana Scholarship” launched in 2025 aims to integrate blockchain into education, provide $3,000 in funding for Solana Beach residents and offers global Web3 courses. The scholarship relies on Solana’s 65,000 TPS processing power and energy-efficient Proof-of-the-History (PoH) technology to support real-time small funding and has attracted $580 million in SOL pledges. The scholarship is backed by a $1 billion institutional reserve from partners such as PayPal and CME, and is in line with regulatory frameworks such as the Stabilization Act. In Argentina, the scholarship attracted $500,000 in Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and 80 B2B partners, further strengthening blockchain innovation with an ESG-focused focus.
