Coinbase will support Polkadot and Kusama transition to Asset Hub network

Odaily Planet Daily News Coinbase announced that the Polkadot and Kusama networks are transitioning from the current Relay Chain network to the Asset Hub network, and Coinbase will support this migration, with users KSM and DOT tokens from the Relay Chai network automatically migrating to the Asset Hub network. The Kusama upgrade is expected to take place on October 7, 2025, and the Polkadot upgrade will take place on November 4, 2025, before the migration: - Kusama's send and receive functionality will be temporarily disabled from October 6 to 8; - Polkadot's send and receive functionality will be disabled from November 3 to 5; - Polkadot's stake and unstake functionality will be disabled from November 3 to 5.
