Pop Culture Group (NASDAQ: CPOP) announces its strategic investment project HYPERBOT.NETWORK successfully launched Binance ALPHA

Pop Culture Group (Nasdaq: CPOP) has acquired 2.7% of Hyperbot’s token supply through its subsidiary CPFH Holding Limited, marking its strategic move toward Web3. Hyperbot Token (BOT) was launched on Binance Alpha on September 3, 2025. CPOP stressed that the investment is in line with its “Content + Technology” strategy and will use Hyperbot’s on-chain transaction infrastructure to achieve cultural and financial integration. Hyperbot founder Alex said the collaboration will enhance its real-world use through entertainment IP and fan economy channels. Hyperbot is an artificial intelligence-driven trading tool that provides multi-chain analysis and order-study trading functions.
