Binance has assisted Southeast Asian law enforcement agencies to freeze nearly $50 million in "pig killing" to defraud funds

According to ChainCatcher, Binance, together with Chainalysis, stablecoin issuers and Southeast Asian law enforcement agencies, successfully assisted in freezing nearly $50 million in funds related to "pig killing" fraud. The scam network was active from November 2022 to July 2023, and Chainalysis tool tracked the transaction paths of dozens of victims, eventually locking in five suspicious wallets holding about $47 million USDT.
