According to ChainCatcher, listed technology company The Smarter Web Company announced that it has completed a 2.043 million common shares allotment, with a total raised amount of approximately £2.612 million, equivalent to approximately £1.28 per share. The company will receive approximately 97% of settlement funds early this week, with the remaining 548,800 shares of common shares still pending the completion of the allotment.
