London-listed technology company The Smarter Web Company has completed the allotment of 2.043 million common shares under the subscription agreement announced on June 19, 2025, with a total raised amount of approximately £2.612 million (excluding fees), equivalent to approximately £1.28 per share. The company will receive approximately 97% of settlement funds early this week, with the remaining 548,800 shares of common shares still pending the completion of the allotment.
