According to ChainCatcher, listed technology company The SmarterWebCompany announced that it has completed the allotment of 2.043 million common shares, with a total amount of funds raised about 2.612 million pounds (excluding fees), equivalent to about 1.28 pounds per share. The company will receive about 97% of the settlement funds early this week, with the remaining 548,800 common shares still pending the completion of the allotment.
