PANews reported on September 8 that according to CoinDesk, US regulators such as OCC, SEC, and the Federal Reserve have recently issued clear compliance guidelines on crypto asset custody, stablecoin reserves, and token information disclosure, promoting "clearization" to become an industry infrastructure. The new regulations require banks to control keys, separate customer assets, and comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Stable coins must be reserved one-to-one and audited. Token issuers must disclose their business models and smart contract codes. Compliance and transparency have become the basis of institutional expansion and trust, and the industry has shifted from "law enforcement supervision" to "information disclosure".
