Fidelity tokenize Treasury bonds – Challenge BlackRock in the race to reshape finance

Source: CoinWorld
Fidelity Investments has launched the tokenized Treasury Fund FDIT on Ethereum, representing its share of its Fidelity Treasury Digital Fund with a size of more than $200 million. FDIT has an administrative fee of 0.20%, and is custodian by BNY Mellon, competing directly with BlackRock’s BUIDL in the $7 billion tokenized Treasury market. Currently, only two holders control the entire fund. This move is in line with Fidelity’s broader blockchain integration strategy for institutional finance.
